OUR MISSION

Lean In San Diego aligns our mission with the LeanIn.org Foundation:

Helping women to achieve their ambitions by empowering and inspiring them to speak up, lean in, and lead.

Together, we can work to create an equal world where women and girls are valued as equal to men and boys.

We are a community of like minded individuals who share our stories, ideas, strengths, and weaknesses in order to empower each other.

We provide opportunities for our members to learn new skills in pursuance of their ambitions, to overcome life obstacles, and support each other.

We represent the voices of those who strive to make a difference, stand up for equality, and create a better world for all people.
